Coastline Residential is a North Carolina home builder focused on creating well-designed homes in Carolina and Kure Beach. Founded by Kirk Hudgins, the company brings together years of hands-on renovation, real estate, and residential building experience with a genuine understanding of life along the coast.
Every home begins with careful consideration of the property, the surrounding community, and the people who will ultimately live there. Floor plans are created with everyday living in mind, with attention given to comfortable gathering spaces, outdoor living, storage, parking, and the practical details that matter in a coastal home.

meet kirk Hudgins
Kirk Hudgins founded Coastline Residential with years of hands-on experience in renovation, real estate, and residential construction.
A North Carolina native and UNC Wilmington graduate, Kirk began his career working on residential renovations before moving into real estate investment and homebuilding. That experience gave him a practical understanding of how thoughtful design and construction come together in a home.
In 2023, he founded Coastline Residential to build well-planned homes that fit naturally into Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and the coastal communities he knows well.
Kirk remains closely involved in each project, with attention to layout, materials, finishes, and the details that shape everyday living.
